The Tale ofWylde and Rooted and Belladonna Burrows, the Hobbit Healer
In a cozy nook of the Shire, where the morning mist hugs the earth and the air is filled with the promise of dew-kissed meadows, stands the studio of Wylde & Rooted. Here, Valarie Tetreault, fondly known as Belladonna Burrows the Hobbit Healer, weaves her tapestry of healing and harmony, crafting wellness paths as unique as the folk who walk them.

Belladonna believes health and wellness journeys are as unique as the individuals who embark on them. Each path to well-being is lovingly crafted with your personal vision of wellness at its heart, ensuring sustainability long after our journey together concludes.

At Wylde & Rooted, Belladonna embraces a holistic approach that intertwines mind, body, and soul, offering a sanctuary where healing energy and balance unfold naturally. Our offerings include the gentle touch of Usui Reiki, the quiet reflection of meditation and mindfulness, and the resonant vibrations of sound therapy. We blend these with the wisdom of herbal wellness to nurture your journey to holistic health.

We hold dear the Hobbit tradition that food is a form of medicine—a nourishment that fuels our journey towards wellness. Inspired by our love for Hobbit meals (especially elevenses!), we advocate the S.O.U.L. approach to eating: Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed, and Local. This practice not only feeds the body but also honors the earth, aligning with Ayurvedic principles that enhance our connection to nature.

In our gardens, we cultivate more than plants; we grow medicine, both for the body and soul, using permaculture and regenerative, organic methods that would make any Hobbit proud.
Whether you're managing chronic conditions, navigating life with a disability, or facing the challenges of cancer, our complementary therapies offer support and strength.

Visit us to experience the joy of our gardens, the laughter of our ducks, and the charm of our home, where even the chihuahuas, our regal Siamese Yaki, and sugar gliders Tauriel and Rocket partake in the daily merriment.

Please note: While Wylde & Rooted is here to support and guide, we do not prescribe or diagnose. We work alongside your healthcare practitioners to ensure a harmonious path to your wellness.
